Lower Arm / Wrist Fracture
The lower arm from the elbow to the hand (forearm) is made up of two bones called the radius and ulna. In some forearm fractures both bones can be broken.
Upper Arm Fracture
The humerus bone is located in the upper arm. Fractures of the humerus bone are described based on the location of the break. A break can occur near the shoulder, the middle region or closer to the elbow.
Elbow Fracture
The two most common fractures (Supracondylar Fracture & Lateral Condyle Fracture) around the elbow in children occur at the end of the humerus bone.
Collar Bone Fracture
A broken collarbone, or fractured clavicle, is a common injury. It usually happens after a fall or a blow to the shoulder. It takes about 3-6 weeks to heal in children.
